This includes the selection and the delivery of keys and legal documents to NHT scheme beneficiaries and the implementation of policies and/or procedures relating to scheme processing, loan processing, telling and customer service for the Trust operations. It also includes issuing of referral letters for contributors accessing their loan benefits through our Joint Finance Mortgage providers”.
